7-day money-back guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day refund on all new paid subscriptions to AI Social Growth. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we'll refund you in full.
How to request a refund
Email support@aisocialgrowth.com from the address on your account, with:
- Your order or invoice ID (from your Stripe billing receipt)
- The reason for the refund (optional — feedback helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Subscriptions and renewals
All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until the period ends, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds for renewal charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We typically issue a prorated refund if you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal and have not used the service materially.
Annual plans
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can switch to monthly billing at any time and keep access until the annual term ends.
Non-refundable items
- One-time setup or onboarding services already delivered
- Add-on credits already consumed (used to generate content or scheduled posts)
- Subscriptions older than 7 days, except as required by law
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We resolve almost every billing issue within one business day. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
